The Roxy Grand Opening BenefitAfter an extensive remodel, iconic North County restaurant The Roxy Encinitas will celebrate its official grand opening with a special event to benefit the Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center and The Seany Foundation on Tuesday, June 13, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Famous for its falafel burgers, The Roxy has been a fixture in the Encinitas community since opening in 1978 at 517 South Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, 92024.  In recent months, the restaurant’s premises have been remodeled in the jazz and art deco style of the 1920s. The Roxy has also expanded its food and beverage offerings and now offers live music nightly, as well as weekend brunch. Continue Reading
